The EU will not suspend humanitarian aid to North Korea Following the nuclear test

- South Korean press The Governor of Seoul yesterday announced the indefinite break from all border activities in response to the announcement of nuclear test North Korean. During an official meeting chaired by the Mayor of Seoul Oh Se-hoon, the city authorities have decided to suspend the use of $ 20 million of funds provided since 2004 to help support the North and for the promotion of international activities in Korea.
